Bi Weekly visits minimum year round for residential.
Our professional equipment is capable of completing the service even if it is raining. We come and service as scheduled rain or shine (except during extreme weather). If you request for us to not service during bad weather, we can not guarantee another visit until your next scheduled visit.
Billing & Payments
You will receive an invoice at the end of each month. The invoice will include all the dates of service for the month. We email your invoice to the email on file, or send a paper bill if requested.
Your payment is due upon receipt of your invoice.
Your invoice is considered late if it’s postdated after the 15th of the month following service. There is a $25 late fee for all past due balances. If we have not received payment by the 20th, we charge the invoice with additional late fees to the credit card on file. WE DO NOT CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD AUTOMATICALLY UNLESS YOUR PAYMENT IS LATE.
You can cancel service by sending a request in writing via our cancellation form 30 days prior to cancellation. You will be serviced 30 days after the request has been received, and charged as agreed.
Landscaping Services
Our regular maintenance service includes mowing, edging, weed whacking, spraying herbicide on weeds in flowerbeds and cracks in the driveway or sidewalk, and power blowing. Trimming shrubs and trees, leaf collection etc can be added upon request for an additional charge.
As a general rule of thumb, we recommend the following lawn maintenance schedule for homes in the Charleston area:
- May through the end of October: Weekly
- March, April and November: Bi-Weekly
- December – February: Once a month
As the seasons change, these recommendations may change a bit.
